"... And that's why most of my life I hated Steve."
"I see. At least you didn't grow up in the shadow of your own brother, being an only child."

Tony snorted hearing that. He loudly put his, now empty, scotch glass just to refill it again.

"Are you kidding?! It was worse! At least you knew the person you hate, all my childhood, I was hearing of someone I never knew, but was expected to respect him, maybe even worship, all I heard from my old man was 'Captain America wouldn't behave like that, Captain sacrificed his life for people like you, you're going to Captain America's death anniversary memorial, either you want it or not!' It was a nightmare.." Tony mumbled, emptying the glass.

"I can understand that. All my life I wanted to please father, but all I heard was that Thor was better than I am. 'Thor won another battle, Thor ate a whole deer and killed a bear with bare hands, why can't you be like Thor?!' Only Thor that, Thor this.." Loki spat, drinking some mead from Asgard, his pale cheeks getting red. "All he cared about was brutal force, no one cared about my magic, about things I can do.."

"My dad never told me that he is proud of me. I think that he was relieved when he sent me to MIT, didn't have to be bothered with me any longer," Tony answered, pouring himself more alcohol.

"I'm sure my father was relieved when I let go and fell down into the abyss. I'm not even his son, I don't know why he took me from Jotunheim, I'm just his another war trophy," Loki continued bitterly, drinking more.

"Thor, you think that this is a good idea?" Steve asked with a worried face, standing at some distance from the two men slumped at the bar on his and Tony's floor. Both were completely and out of mind drunk, babbling and gesticulating vividly, arguing who had a worse childhood.
"Don't worry Captain, I can see that my brother is having a splendid time!" Thor beamed, swinging his beer mug, filled with the same mead as Loki was drinking, spilling it a bit. "I highly advise you try this beverage, my friend," he shoved the mug under Steve's nose, embracing him with one arm.
"No, thank you, Thor," Captain smiled gently. If both gods got drunk drinking this stuff, he wouldn't risk it. Someone needs to stay sober.

"I just wanted people to kneel before me!!" a sudden cry from Loki drew their attention back to the bar. The god of mischief lay his head on the counter and covered it with his hands, looking miserable. Tony stood up and patted his back in attempt to comfort him, mumbling "there, there," as he tried to move to the shelves, stumbling, to get another bottle of scotch.

"Oh no, I'm not letting him drink anymore," Steve growled, rushing into their direction. Thor followed.

"Babe, that's enough," Steve got to his boyfriend holding his wrist to keep him away from taking another bottle and also helping him maintain his balance as Tony was barely standing.
"Shut up, Steve! I hate you!" Tony yelped, trying to get away.
"I know, Tony.." Steve sighed.
"It's all your fault!" brunet continued his rant.
"I know. I'm sorry," Steve said calmly, looking at him. After a while Tony's angry face smoothen and turned into a nearly crying one as he clung desperately to Steve, wrapping his hands around his neck.
"Fuck, I love you so much, Steve. Don't leave me," he plead.
"I won't, baby. I love you too," Captain promised, lifting him up, so he could wrap his legs around Steve's waist.

At the same time, Thor was trying to reason with Loki.

"Brother, I think we have outstayed man of Iron and Captain's welcome already," he said, putting his hand on Loki's shoulder.
"Leave me alone, you oaf," Loki hissed, shaking Thor's hand off.
"Brother.."
"I do what I want, brother! And now I want," Loki turned around, grabbing the god of thunder by the collar, pulling him down into a kiss. "And then I want," he continued after the kiss ended, getting closer, whispering something into Thor's ear. Thor blushed slightly, but Steve was glowing red. Sometimes he really hated his peak human senses. Tony shifted a bit in Steve's arms and looked at him with a happy drunk smile.

"What?" Steve just had to smile seeing him like that. Drunk or not, he was still adorable.
"I love you," Tony hummed happily, rubbing their noses together.
"I love you too," Captain repeated, kissing him a bit, but pulled his head back when Tony wanted to deepen the kiss, making a disgusted face. "But first you have to brush your teeth.."
"I hate you again," brunet frowned.
"You will love me later," Steve patted his boyfriend's bottom lovingly, carrying him to the bedroom. "Good night, guys!" he raised his voice so Loki and Thor could hear him.

"Rest well, my friends. Come, Loki," Thor answered, wrapping his hand around Loki, getting him to his feet.
"I want.. You to kneel before me.." the drunk god mumbled, wobbling on his feet.
"I will. You're my king," Thor said softly, holding him closer and walking out to the elevator with him.

I bet you didn't see that one coming, huh :iconurhappyplz:?

I know, I was supposed to publish Stony angst, but I can always publish that~

and this fic was inspired by the talks I had with :icondarkflametailz: and :iconjen-hickster: in my latest journal :XD:
and here is a :icondonutplz: Tony bought for :icongiggleninny:, because she shared her cookie with him

I just think that only Steve can make Tony's nightmares go away, while only Thor can do that for Loki

and I know that my hate for FrostIron might be mistaken for hate for Loki, but it's not. I like Loki. I just hate him together with Tony.. !!! I said, ten steps away from Tony, Loki!!!

Loki: ehehehe.. *stays nine steps away from Tony just to piss her off*

Tony: *rolls his eyes* yeah, you really are a god of mischief..
